Sandy Ridge Farms Plant Guarantee

All plants are properly inspected before they are packaged and shipped.

Sandy Ridge Farms guarantees plants leave the greenhouse alive and healthy. If plants do not arrive in good condition, please give us a call or email within 48 hours to notify us of any problems. We are unable to guarantee anything beyond 48 hours of receiving a live shipment as we are not able to control the environment, spray regimen, farming practices or other circumstances the plants are grown in. We do have a knowledgeable and helpful staff to assist with plant issues that may arise.

Shipping Policy

Plants are shipped Fed Ex Ground on Monday and Tuesdays. Shipping occurs within 10 Business Days of your order. Weather is routinely monitored during the summer. There are times when excessive heat requires us to delay a shipment for the health of the plants. For expedited shipping, please contact the office 616.875.2260. If pre ordering Hop Plants, please add your requested ship date. If no ship date is submitted, your order will be shipped within 10 Business days.

We package the plants to insure safe delivery. This includes tape, stakes and packaging paper. Once you receive your plants, please remove above mentioned material, and give them some water. Shipping is stressful on plants, and they may have some visual issues, but this will not affect the overall health of the plant.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, a 10% Charge will be deducted from your Refund. This will cover the credit card processing fees that we incur.

**Plants may not look like the images on the website. Pictures on the website have been taken during peak growing seasons. We guarantee that the root base is mature and is ready to plant.
