Mt Rainier Hop Description

A dual purpose hop with noble aromas, Mt Rainier is similar to the classic German Hallertau mf, but features more bittering strength.  Aroma descriptors include noble, licorice, citrus, and floral bouquet.  It is excellent for both aroma and bittering.
